Ultimately , NPs job is to get this drug approved and make Cytodyn a profitable company. At some point there is a defined timeframe by the board that has expectations of delivery . Because I don’t know what those are, the jury is out. Now for his comments regarding loose musings about when he would like to see things and bringing opinions to the cc that would make a chairman of the board cringe. I would warn him that he needs to stop , otherwise all options are on the table. If you noticed , Mullhollands standard language before the meeting changed dramatically this time around, probably because of all the mom and pop lawyers lining up wanting to sue..So I would warn him but because I don’t know the goals the board has given him to keep his job, I cannot answer that question regarding NP
