Does anyone have the illusion that NP doesn't have his say on everyone that happens behind the doors of 1111 ?

I'm not sure if faulty trial designs and execution fall onto Amarex or CytoDyn's shoulders....I've certainly not seen anyone held accountable for any failures to date.
