This is an excellent description of what the market makers have been doing all across the OTC. I thought market makers were just supposed to fill gaps in the market, but they have been manipulating instead. For example, I have seen CDEL put shares on the ask and then as soon as the shares are in position where they will be sold, they revoke the order and go to the back of the line again undercutting the price. They do this over and over and walk the price down.
