Yes...This Phase 2 trial is a "feasibility" trial to determine the PEP and SEP for a Phase 3 trial.....yup...another trial engineered and orchestrated by an engineer....not a doctor.

Does anyone expect it to have a different outcome than all previous trials that ZERO regulatory drug approvals have come from?
