So as reported in the news update today, there will be no form 10 this month or S1. I already guessed this was the case due to staleness issues and that could be the reason but who knows. Regardless, they continue to miss filing, or stalling, the form 10 and I dont expect it this year now due to their inability get audits done in a timely manner.
