The first go around they hired Amerex to submit our BLA and that didn’t go as well as we hoped with the refusal to file letter. Hiring Mahboob was the person they hired for the next BLA submission. Maybe Mahboob completed the BLA format and moved in to another challenge.

My understanding from the conference call the only thing holding us up from filing is the RO testing and we have that under control by hiring two separate companies. Looks like to me that the BLA will still be in time for approx End of June or early July as promised. Maybe this time we get’er done!
