Doesn't sound like it's been determined that Foley has violated anything....
Note the last statement of the document.......
"Wherefore, the government respectfully moves this court holds a hearing at which it addresses these possible violations of Foley's conditions of release."
Foley's trying to run a business. IMO sounds like the attorney may be trying to prevent the man from making a living via grandstanding and subterfuge. Is that legal ?
Grasping at straws because of a weak case to start with ?
