They were filed on Friday, but did not show up because of the Holiday, we believe they will show up today and they will move us back to Current Information tomorrow.

I noticed that NTEK pink sheet tier change occurred...going from current to limited. Is that because of the Q4 financials? Are those financials going to be filed today?
