I am going to "read" between the lines and understand this to mean for "Children and Pregnant Women" and following the script of the EAU's already in use isn't that what they are now starting Trials for.....Adults First....lets not LOSE FOCUS.....FAITH....in the unseen is TRULY whats gets us through LIFE & I am implying......

EVERYDAY LIFE....JOBS.....KIDS....MARRIAGE....HEALTH....just to name a few....
