“You’re bad at hiring.”
I am guessing “hiring” is not something you have a lot of experience in because no matter how good a “manager” one is, they will make poor hiring decisions. And I am not saying that in an accusing attitude.

If every bad hire I made in the last 33 years in business were to be made public it would be quite embarrassing. But nobody would say I am a “bad manager” or leader.

That’s just the way it can go.

My current employer may be saying that about my hire right now. Haha
