Agree 100%. Had you said so then, you would have been a basher. If you had suggested that his absence from cc was noteworthy, well then you would have been reduced to soft basher with sarcasm inserted.
Sad part is that it was not a "JUSDAFACTS" moratorium.
I was never a big boob fan, given that so many wished him well in his future endeavors. Sounde like they were willing to say what was needed to be rid of him.
If I am your 8th spouse, it is hard to buy into the whole soulmate thing.
But this is a small growing company, complete with growing pains, learning on the way up. A couple of excellent hires exposed an overrated one. "We wish him well".
A big company should act as a big person, wish them well & move on.-no sarcasm inserted.
