Having been burned so many times in the past in both work and investments, I am skeptical by nature, and a worst case planner (plan b, c, d etc). But then I talk myself into being patient again... It has paid off over time.
Quick story: I went to an urgent care last week for a cut on my hand and waited 30 mins to be shown to the exam rm. The pleasant and jovial nurse (cut wasn't bad, BTW), checked me in with the std questions. We made small talk and laughed a bit. Then she said someone will be in to see you in just a few minutes. Well, I didn't know 30 mins was 'a few' in her parlance. I'm in the CYDY waiting room..... Pfffffffffttthhhh...
My skepticism has waxed and waned re: FDA's "helpfulness", in spite of NP's endless waxing. I am waaaaaaning again. Sumpin' smells...
