Re: LaundryMoney #85690
When an executive leaves a company, they usually give 30 days notice or more. Given they were expecting Mahboob to be on the call just a couple of days ago leads me to believe there was NO advance notice. Doesn't sound to me that he "chose" to leave. There was obviously a reason why he was let go, and in the absence of inside information, I'll give NP the benefit of the doubt because he must have felt the company was better off without him. This is an assumption on my part because, again, I don't have any inside information.
As far as "trying to convince myself this isn't a big deal", well it didn't take much convincing. As I recall, Pestell was let go because he basically put things on hold for months on end. Sound familiar? Wasn't Mahboob supposed to get the BLA filed late last year or early this year? And now we're being told first half of 2021, or shortly thereafter?
If you have a poor performer who's not date driven, then you have to let them go. Not saying this is what happened with Mahboob, but the pieces to that puzzle are all there and it's starting to form the picture.

Dr Mahboob had access to all the inner working of cydy and it's potential and he chose to leave after 6 short months.
