I recall that the first time Rahman appeared on a CC Nader asked him when the BLA would be submitted. I think Nader also suggested by the end of the year or first quarter. Rahman said to the effect, Nader, I told you no deadlines. Then a couple of months ago, it became ‘first portion to be submitted by end of the first quarter, and the rest by end of second quarter”. A couple of weeks ago, “we are looking at later into third quarter because COVID has delayed our efforts “. All of this is from my recollection. But in my experience running some large, hi stress operations domestically and overseas, some hires may not fit well. Perhaps the limited resources and hard driving team, did not suit Rahmans style. All IMO.
