You can say whatever you want, the fact of the matter is, they have filed it. Nothing you say or I say changes that fact. It's a done deal and it's proceeding.

Again, frustrated that it's taking so long? Sure, but it's still filed and hopefully it will be by the end of April and hopefully everything turns out alright. But, don't make up things just because you don't like the story. Deal with actual facts.
