In all honesty JB - I don't have one.
Everything is entirely dependent on Doc.
All I can say is the OTC are requesting the necessary documents for non-current companies are filed by the 30th June in order to meet the new September 28th regulations and remain listed on the OTC.
That tells us the 'Pink Current' process can currently take up to three months to complete.
Any application for an uplist would have to be completed after this, and only once UNVC meets the NASDAQ criteria in terms of shares price / assets / shareholder numbers.
