Let's hope the BOD will consider to replace Joe before IPO funds are in the bank. I don't believe in Joe's vision/credibility 2.0
If NGIO dividends are restricted there is a good chance not much left after 6 months.
With potential of "billions" around the corner no restriction necessary........liquidity would only benefit the float ........did the goal posts leave the country yet??
