Hy, if you go back and read the 8-Ks, none of that $50MM was ever going to be due until there is an approved vaccine. So, it is a stretch to call it up-front money from the start. Yes, it is up-front w regard to mass production, but it is not due any time soon, so you can stop looking for it...
