With gun-control efforts on the rise -

A few Seattle Democrats recently introduced a bill that would allow the sheriff into your home for a yearly inspection if you own a legally possessed assault weapon in Washington.

“In order to continue to possess an assault weapon that was legally possessed on the effective date of this section, the person possessing shall ... safely and securely store the assault weapon.
