Summary: IPIX started today's trading with an available 2,300,000 shares that could be borrowed at a fee of 2.17%. By the end of the day, still 2,300,000 shared available and the fee had risen to 2.38%.
Shortly after opening on 3/31 available for lending zoomed to 10,000,000 only to drop to 2,300,000 at 8am on 4/1. Could mean 7,700,000 shares were borrowed or they were pulled back or some of each.
