I have a follow-up question about this quiet period stuff. Not sure I fully understand what can be said.
RAD ended its fiscal year on Feb 27. Here is a line from some recent guidance "Rite Aid Corporation is scheduled to release financial results for its Fiscal 2021 Fourth Quarter, which ended Feb. 27, 2021, on Thursday, Apr. 15, 2021." So they should still be in the quiet period from 2/27 to 4/15.
But since Feb 27th they have had 3 news releases not counting a guidance release. Perhaps they were not meaty news releases and that is why it was OK?
