You don’t put out a PR for non dilutive financing for manufacturing and then have talks with either a partnership or buy out possibilities. The partner would most likely be able to provide manufacturing and so would a buy out possibility. Please take these options off the table of possiblities... it just doesn’t make sense. We can talk about all other options though for a good discussion.
