No doubt there will be much speculation on the postponed CC, but the obvious reason hasn't been mentioned yet. NP and faculty saw that the price of the stock goes up during the days before a call. They wanted to get that price up before the next one so they figured why not give it one more day to push over 4. Scheduling conflict is too obvious and the most reasonable so we can toss that out and let the imagination take over.
