Another very common part of the filing process, unfortunately, is that the SEC can and does often times respond with questions. Those questions, if any, must be answered to the satisfaction of the SEC. Not saying the SEC has questioned anything at this point, but it's always a possibility that's capable of tacking on extra time right at the end of the process. That's one of the pains that the auditing firm tries to avoid by being thorough and accurate.
