“Let's start with the 10Qs. There was a significant difference of opinion between the Company and its outside independent auditing firm regarding a key item in the 2nd quarter. This issue has been discussed and debated by various independent entities. There is a very recent resolution that allows RMHB to catch up with its 10Q filings. I do not have an exact date but they are moving forward.”
