Here's what I found about SEC Rule 15c2-11 after doing some research:
The compliance deadline for OTC stocks to either become current with their filings (or stop trading) appears to be September 28, 2021 (not August, 2021).
Of course Doc will most likely have UNVC current sometime this month.
