The flaw with this concern is that no matter how much Cytodyn owes Samsung, it is for product. Samsung made it, we can't use it until it is paid for so we are raising money to pay for it. Why would Cytodyn do this now? because they need the product for sales of the product. Whether Samsung is making new product or we are paying for already manufactured product does not matter. If Cytodyn was raising money to pay for legal fees or some other non-product related debt, that would be a problem.
