Maybe QMC met the March 31 agreement deadline by internal changes that did not necessitate changing the GUI and the version? QMC is still not up-to-date in filings.
No version change because no changes for the user? I can't see why there would be a duplicate. I wouldn't expect a rebranded version in the Play Store but on the partner company website for it's employees only. It's a mystery.
