Re: Evil Rabbit #85250
Evil Rabbit,
I have friends living in the San Diego area, just as pablob does, and so far their families have lost 8 relatives to COVID. These weren't misdiagnosed from other comorbidities - most of these were full on COVID infections that were brought into the homes by younger members of the families.
All of those that died were over 65yo while younger family members only developed mild to moderate. There was even a family who lost both grandparents to COVID within a week of each other. The level of guilt and remorse on those who brought the infections into the homes has driven several to deep emotional issues and one has moved away. The impact to the families has been on so many levels.
Who knows if leronlimab would have prevented all their deaths. Even if it had saved half of them it would have been worth the effort.
I'm all about individual freedoms, but everyone needs to draw the line when it comes to their own health when they allow people into their "bubble" - even family members.
-chuckles
