That sounds like a dose of about 20mg/kg (average 75kg person).
This dosage was brought up in the early days of Progenics and PDL research but I never saw any results documented.
Of note, in the mTNBC trial (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03838367) one part of Phase II was the Max Tolerated Dose (MTD) was to be explored.
Does anyone know what's been documented along these lines?
