So close, no matter how far

I remember watching the movie - The Way Back

Or was it the Long Walk?

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-11900920

I've seen so movies like this

Or the Long Investment?

Either way, a heck of a story

Did I mention I've been documenting it?

Did I mention I'd do my best to share as much as I can and would have fun along our way

If it turns into a book or movie, you all had a part

We all give it back to charity is the deal, deal?

One thing to sit on your couch with the side fridge

And another one to experience it, eh?

It's one thing to be an unemployed board jockey and another one to experience life?

Did you every wonder why their are links lacking in so many posts

So many 'claims' about stocks but no way to fact check

You know fact checking used to be a think until recently

Now its checking to see if the balls are soft enough for sniffing

Maybe there is a reason why o'le Herbie the ScumBug at it again?

Could 'it' be, on to the next stunt?

Is it to bad 'it' didn't say...

"Just my 2 cents, my opinion is all I have left" in all it's posts?

Did 'it' know posting false and misleading claims as fact is a crime?

Did 'it' know the SEC, as well as companies have sued posters for making "false and misleading statements" and won?

Would you believe 'they' claim you can't get sued, let alone lose?

Did you know, it is a fact that you can, so that is yet another false claim?

Did it know it's a crime to be receiving stolen property?

Did 'it' know posting stolen property online compounds the crime and if convicted, also the damages, fines and prison time scale proportionately?

Did you know a judge doesn't need Janice as the backend or Kubernetes to scale that punishment?

Is it true that only a nincompoop would do such a thing?

Could it be so the nincompoop doesn't know the difference between Kubernetes and pilates along with the rest of the cats?

giphy.gif

Did you ever hear the story about the guy that got sued for $2M for his posted on iCrap?

Did you know he said he'll apologize to the company because he can't afford the $5000 fee to get started with a lawyer and the cost to defend the case?

Did you know you can look that up along with other lawsuits?

Did you know, they only post because people listen and respond?

Could it be Herbie the ScumBug has at least 5 IDs?

Did you know social media as a very negative side?

Is more addictive than Tabasco and alcohol?

Did you know facebook, twitter and many other sites actually hire people to figure out how to make it more addictive?

Did you think about that?

Most business want you to buy more...

That is the goal...

But to cheat and make it addictive..

Is that right?

Is that fair play?.

Maybe that will be a crime one day, eh?

So lets close the loop

I would like to state for the record:

On Friday 3.19.21 3:41:35PM ET while the market was open mind you...

Wait a second red, isn't that what Teddie from Shutter Island did?

Anonymous poster HerbertWest on InvestorHub

Of his own free will and volition posted, in bold, "Chad, and his team engaged in Insider Trading. The company is rotten to the core."

These statements were made by HerbertWest and not a response to any other post.

What we've learned as of 3/31/2021 is there was no Insider Trading as legally stated and legally recorded by the CEO.

The wrongfully accused did not have knowledge of inside information so concurrently there could not be a violation of Insider Trading

For the ones at the SEC that follow me and why in the world would they, wink...

Seems to bother people that a few stand up for themselves in life, eh?

You have false and misleading claims and possession and posting of stolen property for the record of the courts

If you need the screenshot again, let me know. About 30 of us took them.

Three things to consider...

1.) I never asked a question I didn't already know the answer

2.) What slows the SEC down is the anonymilites on the boards, but that doesn't stop them

3.) 99.99% of posters may have never read the terms of service. The board will give you up when requested by a subpoena

4.) In my conversation what they ask me for is names. See #1

5.) Bad people have been around for a long time

6.) Garbage collectors have been around for even longer
