The greater part of the last century has humanity still rebalancing from the last great respiratory pandemic.. covid has its roots in that, as does HIV. What I've seen zero mention of anywhere is what that suggests for the future.
LLMab shouldn't, imo, be administered until later stages of Covid.. at that point, there should be a decent level of adaptive (learned) immunity in hosts that aren't immunocompromised. The ones that are, possibly not.. haven't come across anything that looked definitive one way or the other for them.
