Uplisting question or concern:
First I AM NOT an expert at ANY of this. But in my short time in the market and being invested in another OTC holding, I have always been under the impression that the SP has to be a minimum of $3 for x period of time and even at $3 there are other financial stipulations.
Only at $4 plus is it somewhat easier.
But on this board I do not read anything in regards to that stipulation.
Again I barely know what I am doing in the market being pretty new at it.
