You may be right. However, we are both guessing. I never even heard of the grey market before NGUX. This is a cheap way to learn. I'm not suggesting anyone else follow my example.
More important is the first question I asked. Would it have been a good move to sell your NGUX shares at $5+ on the day they were transitioned from NGIO? You paid $0 for your dividend shares. If you sold 1000 shares (and I believe you could, as long as there was a willing buyer) at $5 on that first Monday of NGUX, would that have been a prudent trade. I say "yes".
