However, what if this is all just fake, and upon NGIO Nasdaq listing the SEC for the first time has a closer look at this matter and simply CANCELs all these NUGX shares. I am not sure whether this is going to happen like that, or how likely that is, but imagine this to be true. Then you have spent $1.13/share and the SEC blows that money up into smoke!
On the one hand, I cannot buy these shares anyways, because my German broker does not allow me to buy Pink sheets stocks directly (only if they are listed on a German stock exchange, which is rare, and not the case for NUGX).
On the other hand, even if I would have the ability to do so, I would most likely leave me hands off of such dubious stocks such as NUGX, as nobody really knows what they are and how they will be treated once NGIO will go public.
So I would be really careful to invest too much money into this, believing you can quickly make a 300% gain.
