NAG, you are entirely correct, 100%.
Many people think the same, but don’t have the cojones to publicly say it.
Doc knew everyone was banking on a Q1 up list, and he actively encouraged that belief - he had plenty of time to temper expectations, but deliberately chose not to do so.
Now he is suggesting he is once again in a quiet period, which IMHO is a complete fabrication - there is no reason he would or could be as nothing has been filed publicly. He also did exactly the same in November. 2019.
As I see it, Doc now has a serious integrity issue. I’m old school and take a man at his word, but when that man compromises his word, I will struggle to believe anything he says in the future.
