If you take the time to read DGF's filing it's quite obvious they are in full panic mode.....the filing is all over the place...and it seems Kirkland is demanding Ziv agree to everything....

I have never seen something like this in a filing before...

Usually the plaintiff files their position...the defendants file their response...and the judge determines what happens...

To demand in the plaintiffs argument that Ziv agree with everything DGF writes is just hilarious....

Sounds like a petulant spoiled brat demanding attention...

Ziv has always maintained that Kirkland is a POS..... my words...not his....nonetheless...not a very nice person.
