Sorry for delayed reply. As a blue collar type, 5AM posts are prior to leaving for work as a laborer. You will find many smarter but few as invested, imo. Self-directed 401k, roth, & individual accounts 95% plus CYDY. Stupid by most accounts & very much against conventional wisdom. 59+ & Looking to roll the dice on CYDY. I am in poor physical condition ( no longer able to work on amanufacturing floor- concrete) I hurt so bad, that I had to roll the dice on something, as my body will not hold up 'til the time of conventional retirement. Just wanted to share this as I get playful (drunk) on weekends & convey a somewhat different message. My aching bones scream CYDY.
To respond to your question J.- You & Closet are probably THE 2 most consistent posters on the board. I need not explain to ANYONE who follows this board
My feeling is that today's covid environment is quite different from yesterday's & tomorrow's.I mention this not because I believe I have a handle, but moreso because I believe that to date no one does.
This is consistent with what you have said previously, because your opinions albeit unforgiving at times & furthermore somewhat insulting to "some" have not shown themselves to be geared to more than a discussion among investors & not self-serving at all.
Having shared all this I will say that no one but no one knows for sure where this will go. Not even Ohmmm.... But will suggest that we could be in for many surprises based on what we are still learning. I truely believe that the 14 day results derisked the investment & am still not quite sure about the timing. I will share that I am buying, with the little I was able to scrape up because I believe some sort of partnership is close & will flip a few shares in order to hang on for a more extended period of time.
