I think the market impact would have been much stronger three weeks ago, but more importantly I think the FDA response would also be much stronger three weeks ago.

I managed a group of engineers that included statistical analysis as part of the reports to our clients. If they missed this kind of result in the initial report to the client we would have been fired by the client. I really don’t think my frustrations are misplaced.
