If it were my design I would propose IV for critical for minimum of 4 doses. LH I would design multiple arms to test different doses since it should be easy to enroll.

Enrollment was an issue with severe critical. We are told LH will enroll at lightening speed. So do 4 different arms and dump 5,000 people into the trial. It's time to stop acting like rookies and design a damn trial that will succeed.
