I think that one of the points of the PR was that Dr Jay’s pleading to allow more than two doses would have likely improved the outcomes offer day 14.
CytoDyn’s request for this was denied despite the fact that this drug work for chronic cases of HIV administered over years.
If the FDA only allowed one dose, results would have been worse at 28 days than two doses and no doses would have been really a shame which is where the general population is at now.
