That's true. There will be dilution and possibly an R/S to some degree.
From everything I've read, Pasaca is giving QMC and Squires autonomy to conduct QMC business separate from Innova's while partnering with Innova. Pasaca is investing in QMC and Squires agreed to it because it is the fastest and best way to uplisting. Uplisting is the goal, or Pasaca would not go to such complicated paths to own QMC.
Uplisting benefits all parties. Dilution in this case and/or an R/S would not be good by itself, but with uplisting it's very viable because everyone makes money. It has to be looked at in that context. Once QMC gets on the NASDAQ, institutional investors are able to buy the stock and demand for stock increases. It's possible investors make more money after the uplisting than getting to the uplisting.
Those is an unusual penny stock that's had high goals and expectations from it's very beginning, and those core personnel are still the core and the goals have not changed. I believe Pasaca invested in QMC because they can see the path to uplisting and beyond that Squires wants to achieve.
I know it's going to take big news to launch the stock to $3 to uplist, but QMC has participated in huge billion dollar sales to the UK as a partner to Innova. Pasaca is an investor but they're also a customer. They want QMC to uplist for many reasons. Pasaca probably makes more money the better QMC does than in sales which are already measured in billions of dollars. So Pasaca could be very fair to QMC in the agreement, QMC makes lots of money, everyone benefits. IMO.
