He is making it sound like he is trying to avoid convertibles by doing this latest scheme to borrow money since its just to hard to sell products and earn revenue. The latest scheme of coarse will not materialize, and so, at least he tried so hard but to keep things humming he has to do what he has to do and that is do what they know best...convertibles...
