I believe you are right and if I heard correctly - he did not mention convertible debt in the audio. I listened to it but did not read the written transcript when I saw the PR - I went right to the audio. He said “cash” and this says “convertible debt.” It would be a contradiction to take on more convertible debt and I believe it is. It’s just always something isn’t it.
