$FTXP 2021 Strategic Initiatives
Immediate goal is to get current on the OTC Pink Sheets in compliance with SEC Rule 15c2-12, regarding disclosure and continuing disclosure requirements applicable to FTXP securities and requiring that such disclosures be made by June 30, 2021.
Key short-term objective is to clean up the balance sheet and reposition the Company for future growth by settling and eliminating all remaining outstanding variable-rate convertible debt to help minimize shareholder dilution risk going forward.
Secure industry partners to develop the Company’s Wind River Basin properties.
