My humble conclusion: No single drug will treat LH.
Might want a vaccine to boost antibodies but other than that leronlimab has the best chance at being a single drug solution.
Recently someone asked Dr. Patterson about leronlimab's 100% occupancy vs. maraviroc's 50%. His response -

Blocks on what cell? Maybe one doesn’t want complete blockade. In my November Webinar I talked about tailoring dosing to inhibit Tregs but not inhibit effector CD8 T-cells. Remember both good and bad cells express CCR5. That is how IncellDx does RO on a cell type specific manner
He seems to forget that he is the one that showed recovery of CD8+ T-cell counts with leronlimab. There was a study with maraviroc that showed very little improvement in NKT cell levels, that shouldn't be the case with leronlimab. Maybe he's feeling threatened that leronlimab may be a one drug solution for longhaulers.
