I personally think the float is a little higher and the OS is the same. Doc says low float and the cap structure has not changed so the OS has to be the same. The OS is nothing at 1.1 Billion. I am in Nokia and we have 5 billion there. The AS should remain 5 Billion to both protect Doc from any hostile takeover attempts and to have enough shares for future acquisitions imho.
