I'm not really sure all of this is relevant micro. The cost of the upgrade isn't that much in the scheme of things and that leads me to believe they are struggling financially. Only thing IMO that will save/move this company is finding a partner that will manufacture a test kit and work with NNLX to market it...OTC status would be irrelevant in that case. Then with the new income they could uplist to the NASDAQ and draw in more investors. Just my 2 cents.
