CEO Squires provides shareholder update:
- Identifiable revenue
- Current Partnerships & Joint Ventures
- Other potential events in the revenue hopper
- Update on any other misc. events (lawsuit?)
- Comprehensive explanation/Re-emphasis of the importance of
going forward with the sale of QMC to Pasaca Capital
(Why this is in the best interests of QMC & it's shareholders)

Shareholder Vote on Sale
(Board of Directors approve sale & it goes to shareholders)

Board of Directors determine if a Reverse Split is necessary for Uplift

The remainder of events just fall into place in random sequesnce

(....and if "Svengoolie" doesn't stop showing those embarrassing
