Plenty of time for QMC to enter. They just need to tighten some loose ends.
If you re-read the 10K, it is to my understanding that they are continuing forward with their other endeavors. So in the event that HealthID is not wildly adopted (with regards to a vaccine passport), they can go forth with other technologies.
I personally am looking forward to Anti-Counterfeiting, and how Q-Dots can be used in Solar, materials and other applications (pharmaceutical). Covid is, to me, short term only.
